Day 8 Cycle 1

I am half way there. I am feeling really good. I am really getting into working out. Getting a little obsessive but hey there could be worse things to love. I have lost an inch of my hips and thighs. I have lost 4 lbs. My sugar craving are almost completely gone and my energy level is awesome. The first 4 days were tough, now i feel like I can see the finish line.
